1. Eligibility

✅ Accepted:

  • Items unused, in original packaging with tags within 30 days of delivery.

  • Defective/damaged items (report within 7 days).

❌ Not Accepted:

  • Customized/personalized products.

  • Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”).


2. How to Return

Step 1: Email us at contact@blushoes.shop with:

  • Order number

  • Product photos (if defective)

Step 2: We’ll send:

  • A prepaid return label (US customers) OR

  • Instructions for self-shipping (international).

Step 3: Ship items to:

3. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to your card/PayPal.

  • Store Credit: Opt for instant credit (+10% bonus if chosen).

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.


4. Exchanges

Need a different size/color?

  • Fast-track option: Return the original and place a new order (email us for waived shipping).


5. Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us immediately at contact@blushoes.shop with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Order number

We’ll send a replacement or full refund + return label.


6. International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S.: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Refunds may exclude customs/duties fees.
